Gordon Maag Files $110 Million Suit

Losing Supreme Court candidate Gordon Maag has taken the unprecedented step of filing a $110 million suit--yes, $110,000,000.00--in the Madison County Courts claiming that falsehoods contained in a flyer produced and distributed by the Illinois Coalition for Jobs, Growth and Prosperity defamed him and caused him to lose the retention election for his Appellate seat.

Maybe it's the voters in the Fifth District who should be suing, considering all the pain and suffering they were subjected to during the election season. Click here to read the complaint.
