I don't think RECALL is a gimmick. It think it would be almost impossible to clean up our government without it. I firmly believe that RECALL should be an integral part of all political offices at all levels of government namely city, county, state, and federal. There is NO argument that holds any water to suggest that it would be a bad thing for the citizens to be able to dump any crooked bum that gets elected to "serve" us. Just the people having this power would have an immediate affect of letting politicians know that they are not safe from us if they violate the trust that we have given them with our vote.
